About this course

The course examines organizational communication theories, processes, and functions. It explores topics of ethics, diversity, leadership, identity, culture, teams, networks, and globalization and their role in creating collaborative, equitable, and inclusive work organizations. This course is also part of the Honors Program.

No section is scheduled at De Anza College for Fall 2026. The course can still be offered in a later quarter.
