About this course

This is an introduction to the field of kinesiology through the practice of high-intensity interval training. The fitness training will focus on heart-rate-based interval training. Resting heart rate, aerobic peak, and reserve rates will be measured for elevated fitness training. This course will go over basic concepts of physiology, cardiovascular, muscular strength, and endurance, and nutritional concepts will be discussed.
