About this course

This course introduces the discipline of Kinesiology through beginning-level circuit training. Emphasis is placed on varying exercises grouped and performed to enhance cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance development. Basic physiological, nutritional, flexibility, and body composition concepts will also be discussed.
