About this course

This course is an introduction to the discipline of Physical Education through indoor cycling. This includes a historical examination of indoor cycling/spinning. Our cycling program is an individually paced, non-competitive, group training program designed for all riders at different fitness levels. Cycling is an exercise that is performed on a stationary racing bicycle and which plays music to enhance performance in the class. The training is fast-paced and open to anyone interested in losing body fat, improving cycling techniques, and improving their cardio respiration endurance.
