About this course

This course covers California real property laws with an emphasis on their practical application. Topics include sources of real estate law, classes of property, fixtures, easements, estates or interest in real property, contracts of sale, covenants, conditions, and restrictions. This noncredit, tuition-free course will cover the same course content as the credit version of this course. This course can be applied toward the educational requirements of the California Real Estate Salesperson and Broker license examinations. This course is not CSU transferable and does not provide credit toward a degree.
